Fees
Our fees for services are set out in the proposal or contract provided to the client. All fees are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.
Termination of services
Either party may terminate the services at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination, and any expenses incurred.
Confidentiality
AppXperts Enterprise Solutions agrees to keep all client information and materials confidential and will not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the client.
Intellectual property
AppXperts Enterprise Solutions retains ownership of all intellectual property rights developed during the course of providing services to the client. The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such intellectual property for their own business purposes.
Warranty
AppXperts Enterprise solutions warrants that the services provided will be performed to a professional standard. If the client believes that the services have not been performed to this standard, they must notify AppXperts Enterprise Solutions in writing within 14 days of completion of the services. If the issue is not resolved to the satisfaction of the client, either party may terminate the services.
Limitation of liability
AppXperts Enterprise Solutions will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the provision of services to the client. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu-India.
